10 easiest tips that can help you stay healthy

Let me put the whole story behind this website to help all of us.
I was healthy once
I am a professional, an IT professional, I worked for last 9 years. Now I own a company where we have 20 people working with us. I was always active in sports and had a very healthy body. I started the work at 23 as a computer programmer. I was passionate and wanted to learn more and more. We created some of the best financial communities, done some great programming, learn the best of marketing and here I was suffering from many of the diseases. My heads spins now, I get regular headaches, often I am with fever, immunity power has gone down, the whole body is weak, eyes pain, back pain, over weight, big tummy to list down some of the issues. One day I realized, it needs to be better than that (as I never believed in going back and crying for what happened, as everything happened was with my choice and that was my decision and my liking, so why regret).

I decided to become healthy
When I decided to become healthy, I thought it will be too hectic and time consuming. It needs to be regular, boring diet etc. This also procrastinated my decision few times but always believed in eating the frog first.  Is staying healthy really boring and troublesome.

I searched, read & here we are with easiest 10 health tips
I am techy, web savvy guy, so I searched different books, read health.com (and many of such sites) but I could not find easy steps. I always believed in 90 - 10 principle (that 90% of the problem can be taken care by 10% steps). So I am here to put down my best 10 health tips one by one (which are helping many of the big actors, professionals etc)

Are the tips all that you need?
No not exactly, these steps are easy to follow, there are always more. You need to do regular exercise, stay happy, stay clean, stay safe and more importantly know yourself and your body. Let this effort help all of us do a better job.
